Why consult a naturopath ?
Naturopathy is a 100% natural holistic approach that helps relieve your main issue while optimizing your overall health.
How does a consultation take place ?
1. Welcome and discussion: detailed vitality assessment, including your medical history, lifestyle, diet, and emotional state.
2. Personalized analysis: identification of root causes and evaluation of imbalances.
3. Naturopathic recommendations: advice on nutrition, stress management, lifestyle habits, and the use of suitable natural products.
4. Possible complementary tests: food intolerances, intestinal dysbiosis, heavy metals… available on our store to refine the protocol.
5. Protocol delivery: summary of your personalized recommendations sent by email.
Note: naturopaths are not medical doctors: they do not provide medical diagnoses.
How do I book an appointment ?
Click the Book Appointment button and fill out the form.
How should I prepare for my consultation ?
- Fill out and return the questionnaires sent to you by email before the deadline.
- Remote consultation: settle in 5 minutes early in a quiet place and click the provided link (no download required).
- In-person consultation: arrive 5 to 10 minutes before the scheduled time.
How do I reschedule or cancel my appointment ?
You can manage your appointment by following the link in your confirmation email.
📅 Rescheduling: Free of charge up to 48 hours before your session. After that, a 20% fee applies, as last-minute changes leave an open time slot that’s hard to fill.
❌ Cancellation: If your intake forms have already been submitted, a 50% fee will be charged due to the time spent reviewing your file. Whenever possible, rescheduling is preferred over cancellation.
🧪 Laboratory Tests
Can I order a test if I live outside Canada ?
Currently, we offer our tests only to residents of Canada.
Are the tests covered by insurance ?
Please check directly with your insurer.
What is the turnaround time to receive results ?
Maximum 3 weeks after the lab receives your sample.
What are the next steps after purchase ?
- We mail you the collection kit and instructions by post.
- You perform the saliva collection and complete the provided questionnaire.
- You then send everything back to the lab for analysis.
- The lab analyzes your sample.
- We receive the results and interpret them carefully.
- Finally, we send you your personalized recommendations by email.

Is there a minimum purchase amount ?
- Pickup: no minimum amount required. Always free.
- Delivery: requires a minimum purchase of $4. Free delivery in Quebec and Ontario for orders of $90 or more (before taxes).
Can I add instructions to my order ?
Yes, during checkout, use the "Instructions" field.
How can I modify or cancel my order ?
Modify: impossible after purchase – cancel and reorder.
Cancel: possible within 30 minutes via our contact form.
How do I exchange or return a product ?
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchanges or returns.

Where and when can I pick up my order ?
Schedule your pickup time and location on the booking page.
How do I change the time or location ?
Time: follow the link in your confirmation email.
Location: cancel and reschedule via the booking page.
What should I bring ?
Your ID and confirmation email.
Can someone else come in my place ?
Yes, provide the full name of the person when ordering or via the contact form. That person must present an ID.
🚚 Delivery
Where do you deliver ?
Canada only.
What is the delivery time ?
1–7 days, depending on payment type, distance, and holidays.
Can I get faster delivery ?
Yes. For priority processing of your order, pay by Interac e-Transfer and choose "expedited parcel".
Do I need to be home ?
Not necessarily. The package can be left in a safe place (mailbox, doorstep…) or given to a third party of your choice.
To specify a third party, use the "Instructions" field during your order or contact us directly.
- If none of these options are possible, the delivery person will leave a notice explaining how to pick up your package at the nearest pickup point.
- If not retrieved, the package will be returned to us and return shipping fees will be charged to you.
