Who are your consultations for?
To adults who are :
- motivated. You must be ready to make changes in your lifestyle.
- autonomous. We do not offer daily follow-ups following a consultation. We let at least 3 weeks pass to analyze the evolution.
- organized. In general, the recommendations are to be applied on a daily basis, not randomly.
- patient. The results don't happen overnight...
How should I prepare?
- complete and return the questionnaires that will be sent to you by email before the deadline
- if you have booked a holistic coaching session, get the recommended items
- if you have made a remote appointment : 5 min before your appointment, settle in a quiet and comfortable place then join the meeting by clicking on the link in the confirmation email you received(no download required).
- if you have made an appointment in person, join your therapist at the place indicated 5-10 min in advance
How to make payment?
Once your appointment is fixed*, you have 2 options:
1- pay full fees
2- pay a deposit* corresponding to 50% of the consultation fees. Note that the balance is to be paid before your appointment.
*a deposit is required to prevent other reservations and to make the preliminary study of your file.
Payments accepted are interac and moneygram transfers.
How do I reschedule my appointment?
Follow the instructions in the confirmation email you received.
We understand that unforeseen events can be added to a schedule, which is why we grant modifications free of charge no later than 48 hours before an appointment. After this time, a fee equal to 20% of the consultation fee is charged because unfortunately for us, the space left by late change will not be filled last minute.
How do I cancel my appointment?
Follow the instructions in the confirmation email you received.
The deposit paid will cover the cancellation fees; in case of full payment, the balance will be refunded the same day. To avoid these fees, we recommend that you reschedule your appointment(see above).
Naturopathy is an overall therapy : you come for a specific health problem and leave with your main problem and other problems solved at the same time!
What does a consultation look like?To start, we present your vitality check-up. It takes into account your medical conditions, personal and family history, lifestyle, diet, mental and emotional state. Then, we make naturopathic recommendations to you according to the reason for your consultation and for your general health(a physical condition does not always have or does not only have a physical origin...). We could also suggest that you do some tests (intestinal dysbiosis, food intolerances, toxic metals, viruses and bacteria, etc.) to confirm/quantify our analyses. These tests are available on our online store.
After each consultation, we send you your recommendations and documentation by email.
Please note: naturopaths are not doctors so they are not qualified to make a diagnosis or any other medical act.
I would like to consult but I have no insurance
You can claim your naturopathic consultation fees as medical expenses when doing your taxes! Keep your receipts and claim them on your next tax return to benefit from a tax reduction or an increase in your tax refund. For all tax questions, reach out to your accountant.
Can I take a lab test even if I live outside of Canada?
For practical reasons, we prefer to offer the tests only to those who live in Canada.

When will I get the results?
Within a maximum of 3 weeks following the test purchase. For more details regarding this time frame, see below How does it work in practice?

- you mail everything to the lab
- the lab performs the analyzes
- the lab sends us the results and we analyze them
- we contact you by email to make an appointment for the interpretation of the results and your personalized recommendations. A receipt for insurance purposes is issued to you if necessary
- we email you the result of your test and some documentation
Are you going to offer more tests?
We have posted the most popular tests on our online store, but actually we offer 13 laboratory tests. Do not hesitate to contact us by filling out the contact form to check the availability of the test you wish to take.
Is it necessary to consult before taking a test?
No. That said, no health professional can steer you in the right direction based on your personal condition without a complete analysis.

What does a session look like?
It is a tailor-made coaching so no session is alike! A session may include one or more of the following : question time, open-hearted dialogue, finding solutions, personality test, positivity exercises, mindfulness meditation, heart coherence, teaching of rituals according to your needs (relaxation, protection, purification, release, etc.)

Who are your plants suitable for?
Moringa leaves, baobab powder, uda seeds and hibiscus flowers are suitable for young and old alike. Vetiver roots, djeka leaves, kenkeliba leaves, black tigernuts and aidan fruit are indicated only for adults.
Is there a dosage that need to be respected?
Yes, check Use and dosage for general recommendations. However, as each person has different needs and situations, we invite you to contact us after your purchase so that we can give you instructions specific to you.
Do herbal remedies really work?
As an indication, 80% of the population in Africa uses traditional medicine for their primary needs. To answer the question frankly, don't expect magic to happen on its own...Habit changes are essentials. The results can be obtained more or less quickly because they depend on several factors like your involvement, your consistency, your immune system, the degree of your condition etc.
For the record, many pharmaceutical drugs such as aspirin, quinine, taxotere, vincristine, digitalis come from or are derived from plants. Phytotherapy which is the therapeutic solution through the use of medicinal plants, was based on empirical know-how that has been passed down from generation to generation for thousands of years. Thanks to scientific research, humans have been able to improve it over time. Moreover, we have made available to you some scientific studies concerning the therapeutic effects of plants. What is a herbal bath?
A herbal bath is a bath where the hips and pelvic region are immersed with plants while the body is in a sitting position. It can be taken in a bathtub, in a basin or in any other object where you can sit inside. Take it hot or cold according to your needs. The hot bath(yoni steam) relieves pain as well as inflammation of the genitals and other organs located in the pelvic region; it also increases blood circulation in that area. As for the cold bath, it has a tonic and fortifying action on the genitals and on the spine. Adding plants to water allows you to benefit from their properties.
Are internal and external precautions/contraindications the same?
What is wet inhalation used for?Wet inhalation is used to decongest the respiratory tracts. The fact of inhaling the vapors of hot water mixed with the active principles of the plants makes it possible to clarify, take off and evacuate the excess of mucus.
Warning: the inhalation of plants is contraindicated for people with asthma and allergies.
Is there a minimum amount of purchase?
In addition, order pickup is free of charge regardless of the amount of your purchase.
If you live in Quebec or Ontario, free delivery is offered to you if you spend over $99 before taxes. Below this amount and for other regions of Canada, fees apply based on the distance, dimensions and weight of the products you buy. How can I make changes to an order that I have already placed?
Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. You need to cancel your order(see cancellations policy below) and place another one.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have 30 minutes following your purchase to do so. Fill out this contact form specifying your order number.
How do I exchange/return a product?
Due to their nature, no exchange or return of products is possible.

How do I change my pickup time?
Follow the instructions in the confirmation email you received. Please note that a $30 fee is charged for cancellations, changes within 24 hours of pick-up and no-shows.

What do I need to bring to pick up my order?
A photo ID and the confirmation email for your appointment.
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes. Leave us a comment when you checkout or email us with the full name of the person who will be coming for the pickup. Please note that this the person must have the documents mentioned above.
What countries do you ship to?
In Canada only.
When will I receive my order?
Within 1 to 7 business days. Delivery time varies depending on payment method, distance and public holidays. To get a more accurate time estimate, simulate a purchase(until delivery).
If you opt for "next day delivery", note that it is guaranteed for orders placed on weekdays before 9:30 am and paid by Interac e-transfer.
Note that during peak periods, the delivery time may be longer than normal.
Is it possible to receive my order earlier?
If you want to receive your order sooner than the estimated time, choose interac transfer as your method of payment or opt for expedited delivery.
Do I have to be home to receive my package?
Not necessarily. If there is no one at home, the package will be left in a safe place(mailbox, in the lobby of your building or in front of your door) when possible to do so.
If you want your package to be left with a third-party, leave us instructions at the checkout.
If the delivery cannot be made, you will receive an email notification for the procedure to follow to pick up your package.
If you're not able to collect it before the set deadline, it will be sent back to us. The delivery costs for a new shipment will be at your expense; no refund will be made.
