Basic recommendations for our products:
- keep them in a dry place, away from light.
- keep them in glass jars.
- for a first use, do not take several plants together

Internal use

1. Leaves and flowers

  • take 10-15g and place them in a 16 oz cup with infuser 
  • bring water to a boil 
  • pour the hot water into the cup
  • cover the cup
  • let infuse for 15 min and drink

2. Roots(r) and seeds(s)

  • (r) 
    • bring 4 cups of water to a boil with a root. The pan must remain closed.
    • lower the heat to medium 
    • let heat for 10 min
    • strain and drink
  • (s) 
    • bring to the boil for each cup of water, 1 tablespoon of seeds. The pan must remain closed.
    • lower the heat to medium
    • let heat for 10 min
    • strain and drink

3. Supplements

  • add 1 to 2 teaspoons in your smoothies, shakes, yogurts etc.

Indications for therapeutic use(cure)

  • do not combine with medication.
  • medicinal herbs : drink 2 to 3 cups of herbal tea/day for 3 weeks.
  • supplements : take 1 to 2 tablespoons/day for 3 weeks.

NOTERoots and seeds are reusable up to 3 times.
Cures can be renewed, however you must take a break of at least 1 week before starting another one.
In general, it takes at least 3 months to feel the beneficial effects of the cures.

External use

Steam inhalation

  • make a decoction(2) with a handful of Uda seeds 
  • invert the mixture into a bowl
  • place the bowl on a flat surface
  • wait 1 to 2 min(to avoid burns)
  • sit comfortably in front of the bowl
  • enclose your face above the bowl using a large towel
  • close your eyes(to avoid irritation) and inhale the vapors for 5 to 10 min
  • wait at least 1h before going out. After an inhalation, the nasal mucous membranes are dilated and this facilitates the entry of microbes.

If necessary, repeat up to 2 times/day.

Herbal bath

Depending on the type of plants, make an infusion(1) or a decoction(2). Use 170g of plants for each liter of water.

  • for a cold bath
    • let cool the mixture at room temperature with the lid closed  
    • once cooled, place the mixture in the refrigerator
    • wait for the mixture temperature to be between 10 and 18.3°
    • filter and pour it into a basin
    • sit for 3 to 10 min
    • pat dry with a soft towel
  • for a hot bath
    • let cool the mixture for a few minutes with the lid closed. You will take your bath as hot as comfort allows.
    • filter and pour the mixture into a basin
    • wear stockings and take a blanket to cover your legs. We try to keep as much heat as possible.
    • sit 10 to 15 min
    • pat dry with a soft towel

If necessary, repeat up to 3 times/day.
