#1 Drinking water makes you lose weight

Some brands promise the earth. In addition, on social media, there are people claiming quick results thanks to these pills. Using common sense, do you think the result is coming from the miraculous effect of the pill ? Or diet advice combined with taking these pills ?
Let's be real for a second. There are no results without effort... Even with bariatric surgery, you have to make some effort !

#9 By eating several small meals during the day, you lose weight more easily than with 3 larger meals

Isn't it true that:
1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 7 ?
2 + 5 = 7 ?
3 + 4 = 7 ?
6 + 1 = 7 ?
Where do we want to go with these calculations ? It's just an analogy to show you that the amount of food you eat(the sum in this example) remains the same no matter how you divide it up during the day.
