Loyalty program
It all starts with your first online order or your first consultation.
From there, you earn points with every purchase or interaction.
💎 How the points system works :
- For each online order, you earn 1 point for every dollar spent (excluding taxes and shipping fees).
- After your first consultation, you earn 75 points.
- Each time you reach a points milestone (see the rewards table below), you’ll receive an email with your points balance and available reward.
- You can use your reward right away or keep earning points to unlock a higher-value reward.
- Once you reach 1000 points, it's time to enjoy your reward !
This is the highest reward tier in the program. Your balance is automatically reset to zero, and a new points-earning cycle begins.
